                                               GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

 

INTRODUCTION:

General conditions constitute an integral part of the tourist rental contract stipulated between you and Lekanis Intermedia s.l. (PLAYA VACACIONES), C/Cirilo Amoros 51-1º-1ª. 46004 Valencia (ESPAÑA) with CIF: B-97728679, registered in the Tourism Department (Territorial Service) of the Valencian Autonomous Government with the number EGVT-151-V, who acts as an intermediary between the owner and the client:

 

 

Admission

Arrivals should always take place on the day marked as commencement of the stay, from 17:00 Hs. to 20:00 Hs. 

 

Departures

The day signed as the end of your stay before 10:00 Hs.

 

Included Services

Client’s admission, energy, water and fuel consuming, cleaning staff every change of client.

 

Payment method
The 30% of the deposit will be made by transfer to the checking account that we indicate you on the booking form or if you prefere through your credit card. If the transfer is not received within a week, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-booking without notice. The remaining 70% will be paid to the collection of keys.

Reservation

In order to confirm your reservation, you should pay in advance 30% of the total amount.

 

Guarantee

From 100 € for apartments to 200 € for villas, which are reintegrated after checking the accommodation facilities and equipment PLAYA VACACIONES reserves the right to remit the amount by money order or transfer, when circumstances so warrant (abandonment of the housing odd hours, etc.). Some establishments requesting data from a credit card to charge it any damage, without the customer having the need to pay any amount in the case of no incidents occur.

 

Extras/ Supplements

The cost of extra charges, such as a cot, another bed, etc. will be confirmed at the moment of its reservation and will be charged on the total amount of the reserve being part of it.

 

To pick up the keys

You will be informed about the time and the adress where to pick up your keys. In case you should do it out of time, please, communicate the Company for its confirmation.

 

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, if the reserved accomodation is not available, the Company will put on the client´s disposal another one of the same or better features, without any additional costs for client nor for the Company or will refund the total amount plus an a freely agreed compensation, as follows: 10% of the total amount of the rent.

 

Clients Cancellation

In case you have to cancel your reserve, the Company will charge

1.- Up to 15 days before the entry date FREE. With 14 days or less 30% of the total rent

2.- No show 100% of the total amount of the rent 

There will be IN NO CASE payments if the client desist once initiated the stay.

 

Personal data protection act.

In fulfilment of the established in the Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13 of protection of information of personal character ("LPD") we inform, that by means of the complementation of the process of reservation, your personal information should remain incorporated in the files of the company, in order to be able to give and offer our services. Likewise we inform you about the possibility that we should exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of information of personal character, being in charge of the file the own Company with the following adress: C/Dr. Manuel Candela 13,3º, 5 ª, 46021 Valencia.
