Description
Holiday flat in Las Arenas, an ideal urbanisation for families with children. With 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, 2 paddle tennis courts, and large garden areas, this urbanisation is perfect for a few days with the family.
It is only 600 metres from the Moro beach, and less than 5 minutes drive from the town centre.
The flat, on the ground floor, has capacity for 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and a double sofa-bed in the living room. The terrace is very spacious and enjoys pleasant views of the pool and communal areas, which can be accessed from the small terrace door.
The kitchen is American style and is equipped with oven, washing machine, fridge + freezer, toaster, coffee machine, and all the basic kitchen utensils.
It has 1 bathroom with bathtub.
Parking space in the building. Air conditioning in the living room and in one bedroom, and high speed WiFi included.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.
*No smoking inside the apartment

Pour cette raison, nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas dans la région, car il est évident que certains résidents locaux n'apprécient plus les touristes, pensant que c'est à cause d'eux que tous les prix augmentent…"
