2 bedroom penthouse with sea views for rent in the urbanization Sierra Irta.
Sierra Irta is only 300 metres from Las Fuentes beach, and is a very well valued urbanization by the guests, with very good qualities, and very nice communal areas, with swimming pool and garden.
The accommodation, which has a private parking space in the garage and high speed WiFi, has a maximum capacity of 6 people.
The distribution is as follows:
One bedroom with double bed and private access to the terrace. A second bedroom with a bunk bed, also with private access to the terrace.
Two bathrooms. The first one, with bathtub. The second, with shower.
A very cosy living-dining room, with a sofa-bed for 2 people, as well as a TV and a dining table.
An open-plan kitchen, excellently equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses...
Finally, a very large terrace, with views to the sea and the communal areas.
It is a penthouse, with lift that goes up directly from the garage. It has some flights of stairs in its accesses.
*Smoking is not allowed inside.
*No parties or groups of young people are allowed.

El Apartamento en si está bien, quizá la cocina es el punto negativo porque es muy pequeña y apenas hay sitio donde guardar los alimentos. Lo demás todo correcto, bastante limpio y buen estado de conservación en general. Los colchones son muy cómodossee more

Lo demás todo correcto, bastante limpio y buen estado de conservación en general. Los colchones son muy cómodos para descansar. Cuenta con dos TV, internet, y A/A. La plaza de garaje es bastante amplia. Urbanización tranquila y familiar.
